OUr third annual heart walk/run
Join us on September 22 for Hearts in Motion, our third annual heart walk/run!
The goal of the 2-mile or 5-mile walk/run is to raise awareness about heart disease and maintaining heart health. Coulis Cardiology staff will be on hand and have an information table set up to answer questions and inform participants about heart disease risk factors and prevention. Healthy snacks also will be available to replenish walkers and runners.
Coulis Cardiology hopes the annual heart walk/run helps educate the community about the importance of maintaining heart health and, ultimately, decrease the number of men and women who suffer heart-related conditions.

For event-day registration, bring your completed
registration form and payment to the check-in area at
the Sheboygan YMCA on Saturday.
You must register by September 10
to receive a race T-shirt.
